The Occupational Health and Safety Seminar is the best forum for employers, managers and practitioners in the fields of occupational health and safety, law and human resources, to learn about new developments in this field from both a legal and practical perspective. It is presented by leading content and technology provider, LexisNexis, in association with Africa’s largest law firm, ENSafrica. This year’s seminar will address measures to avoid and/or reduce the exposure of employers to negative consequences including criminal prosecution.
