The executive committee of the South African Reward Association (SARA) is pleased to announce the 2013 SARA Conference. The focus on this year's conference is The Future of Reward and all aspects of total reward will be covered.

Speakers include:

• Clem Sunter and Sizwe Nxedlana (chief economist at First National Bank) who will speak about The World and South Africa beyond 2013: How a fox sees it.
  
  
• David Cichelli (senior vice president at the Alexander Group Inc.) will address the audience about Your sales compensation future: Why sales leadership needs your help.
  
  
• Dianne Auld, senior consultant at Auld Compensation Consulting, will be conducting an Excel course on the first day of the conference.
