The Leading with Integrity and Resilience workshop is a one day workshop that focuses on developing the Self as leader. The purpose of the workshop is to develop leadership of Self by developing a thorough understanding about the essential competencies that leaders use in order to be influential and have a positive impact in the world. The workshop enables the “How-To” of refining one's natural leadership style and strengths. Marius has recently co-authored the book ‘Leadership for all’ that underpins the content of this leadership day. As part of the experience each participant will receive a copy of the book, that will be used in the workshop in order to enable a well-rounded, well informed and wholesome learning experience on the day. More about Marius… Dr Marius Ungerer is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Stellenbosch Business School (USB) where he teaches strategic management, leadership and change management on the MBA programme. Marius has taught in Japan since 2009 on an International MBA Programme and visited China, India and South Korea as part of a MBA exchange programme. Additional to his academic qualifications, Marius has 25 years’ experience in various industries with the focus on Organisational Strategy and Leadership Development. As a Registered Industrial Psychologist, Management Service Advisor and Systems Thinking Coach, Marius specialises in Organisational Strategy, Change Management, Leadership and Intellectual Capital. Marius combines his extensive experience, academic qualifications and his passion for strategy in order to consult in his field of expertise and run business turn-around initiatives. |
