This three day programme helps managers reduce poor performance and apply measures short of dismissal. It focuses on fair labour practice and procedures required by Employment Law in managing points of breakdown between employer and employees. The areas include incapacity, ill-health, poor performance and repeated minor misconduct.
Delegates are provided with an overview of employment law (LRA, BCEA & EE) and disciplinary procedures needed to avoid unfair labour practices, disputes, disciplinary, procedural and substantive errors, and the CCMA. It also equips delegates with a framework for preparing, approaching and chairing disciplinary enquiries. |
