Whether we realise it or not, culture and tradition are powerful principles we always carry with us. The module provides managers at every level with the philosophy and tools to foster employee growth and acceptance in a multi-cultural workplace characterised by diversity of race, religion, ethnicity, gender, age, and ability. We also address deeper levels of diversity, i.e. thinking patterns and how to work effectively with difference.
