The Institute of People Management (IPM), in collaboration with Ubuhle HR and Management Consultants, presents Office politics, gossip and bullying.

THERE ARE ONLY 3 WEEKS TO GO, SO BOOK NOW!

The problem of workplace bullying may manifest itself in various ways, from managers setting excessive workloads, blocking promotion opportunities and humiliating staff, to even more serious matters including sexual harassment and physical violence.

In addition, it is not always those higher up the career ladder who are the culprits, with bullying being commonplace between colleagues of the same level.

Regardless of which level it takes place at - or what form of bully it is - it damages the business in multiple ways.

Join Liza Gresse, Director of UBUHLE HR, as she addresses this very important topic from an ethical, legal and business perspective.
