Barney Jordaan is a director and partner at Maserumule Consulting. He holds a BA LLB and a doctorate in law from the University of Stellenbosch (USB), and is an extraordinary professor at the Stellenbosch University’s Graduate School of Business where he teaches on the MBA and executive education programmes. He is head of the USB’s Africa Centre for Dispute Settlement and conducts the programme on negotiations on the MBA and executive education programmes at the USB and the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business. Barney also teaches at the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School (Belgium). He is a mediator and arbitrator (labour and commercial) accredited with the International Mediation Institute, has written extensively on labour law and is organiser of, and a panel member on, the Juta Annual Labour Law Update.
