From the early days of just 4 employees the company has grown into an organisation employing over 80 people with a diversified offering of 4 unique brands. Each brand has its own innovative suite of solutions, products and services and are positioned to offer our Clients "Extraordinary Business Performance through People" across all Human Capital needs.
Over the past 16 years we have forged strong relationships with our Clients and continue to work with the vast majority of the top 100 blue chip companies in South Africa. With our entrepreneurial approach we saw the opportunity to offer a full portfolio of tailored Executive Search, Consulting and Recruitment solutions.
Mindcor Executive Search has developed a reputation for providing excellent in-depth Analysis, Search and Advisory services to our clients. Each project undertaken is tailored to our Client's needs. We pride ourselves on successful placements of highly successful Executives, Interim Executives and Non-Executive Directors. Through our consultative approach we offer niche Board Advisory service, Executive succession planning and Talent mapping & pipelining.

Mindcor Consulting was launched in 2008. Our Client base spans globally and has grown from strength to strength since inception. Solid success has been built on the philosophy of "thought partnership" with our clients. With collaborating expertise together we find "Extraordinary Business Performance through People" for all our Clients' Strategy, Leadership and Capability needs. Mindcor Consulting's is unique in the way that customised solutions are designed to be executed in alignment with the Client's organisational strategy. Support, development and coaching of Executive Management and Senior Leaders is provided in tandem to ensure capacity and capability.
NexTLeaders was formed in 2012 based on a need to offer our clients quality mid-tier candidates. Continuing with our entrepreneurial flair of offering "Extraordinary Business Performance through People" we recognized that the market was evolving and required a recruitment partner that understands the complexity of acquiring, managing and retaining a pipeline of emerging leaders as they progress through their careers. Executive Choice was the youngest business to emerge 2013.
