UIF provides uFiling as a means to declare

The Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) has introduced uFiling as a means to declare. uFiling is a secure and easy-to-use system, allowing domestic and commercial employers to update individual employee's salary details. It enables a streamlined UIF declarations returns process and automatically calculates the UIF contributions associated with your monthly return.
uFiling is a free online service and allows you to securely submit your UIF declarations and pay your monthly contributions. It harnesses the power of the Internet allowing employers of domestic workers and commercial, SMME's and tax agents to complete and submit monthly UIF declarations and pay UIF contributions.
The UIF uFiling site is secured and utilises the highest forms of browser security. All information provided by uFilers is kept confidential and will be security stored.
Clients currently submitting "LIVE" declaration files as per the E03 specification document via Payroll software (example: VIP, Sage, Pastel, etcetera) should continue declaring in that manner.
