Confusion reigns supreme with Sapo strike

Sapo published a statement in several Sunday newspapers this past weekend, regarding this strike:  “The illegal strike under way in parts of Gauteng is based on false allegations, scams and rumours of money owed to staff. No case has been lodged for amounts due to the employees and no monies are owed.”

The Star reported that: “Initial investigations indicate that the work stoppage is not related to the organisation. Management is seeking clarity on the real causes of the work stoppage.”
