Presented by: Sandy Labuschagne
Good Business Analysts are hard to find. Entry level business analysts are often sourced from other areas such as IT or business. While training can provide a solid theoretical platform and some practical exposure to the newly acquired tools and techniques, business analysts often find themselves struggling to apply the skills in a hands-on work environment. A business analyst mentoring programme can grow business analysis skill by meeting the individual needs, tackling real issues with the intention of delivering better quality outcomes in the short-term.
