Partner with us for the 34th Annual ACSG Conference as we broaden our lens and explore ways to unleash the strategic value of Assessment Centres within organisations. It is a call to you, our fellow practitioners and researchers, to collaborate in and enrich our engagements and deliberations on our conference theme: The Assessment Centre Approach: An Underutilised and Critical Link in the Organisational Value Chain. A call, moreover, for us to take the lead in our various ‘organisational spaces’ on the manner in which Assessment Centres are deliberated and positioned within our respective organisations.

Do consider partnering with us from 10 to 14 March 2014. We promise to host you in a multifaceted and multi-sensorial conference: from the rigours of conceptual and methodological debates, the realities of the business context, the organisational constraints and opportunities for practitioners, to networking and indulging in the vistas and fine wine, entertainment and food at our gala dinner in Stellenbosch. A fulsome feast to say the least. Our ACSG Academy and pre-conference workshops will provide for those new and seasoned in Assessment Centres.

If you seek to develop your proficiency in designing Assessment Centres or you require more in-depth engagement with experts on topical issues, we have a workshop that will cater for your needs. These workshops will empower and enrich your engagement with the conference keynote addresses, presentations, panel discussions, and short sessions.
