Who should attend?
The programme is for people entering the HR profession; those working in the field who have no formal qualification; and people who have already specialized but would like to broaden the scope of their HR expertise.
Entry Requirements:
Entrants require a minimum NQF 4 – Grade 12 education level and proficiency in reading and writing English.
Certification:
Learners successfully completing the programme will be awarded the National Certificate: HR Management Practices & Support.

- Key elements of HR in the organisation.
- Labour and employment relations, recruitment, selection and induction.
- HR marketing, compensation & administration practices.
- ETDP environment, skills and employee wellness.
