Over 25 years, James has steered CRS through some extremely choppy waters and challenging times in both the local economy and HR sector and, without question, his contribution to the success of CRS has been remarkable. I can personally say that James always demonstrated confidence in people's abilities when they couldn't see it themselves, and on an operation level, throughout his tenure James demonstrated a unique ability to bring innovative thinking to both the strategic opportunities and daily challenges of CRS. He leaves behind a legacy that will be hard to top, but we will all give it our best." |
