Are process frustrations thwarting recruitment strategy efforts?

In the last couple of months, it has become evident that frustrations are increasing between clients (corporate employers) and recruiters. These frustrations vary from organisation to organisation although in my discussions with parties on both sides of the recruitment strategy fence, it became evident that there are several common issues. In an attempt to understand better what recruiter perceptions are with regards to these challenges, APSO ran a snapshot survey in late August and the results were telling.
